Your basket, your saved pieces and any discount code live in your own browser's local storage and are never sent to us. The contact form on this site does not transmit anything. We hold personal data only when you place an order or email us, and only what the order or the email needs.

The basket, the saved pieces, the discount code and your cookie choice are held in your browser's local storage under keys beginning nnt_. Nothing about them is transmitted to us, we cannot read them, they do not follow you to another device, and they disappear if you clear your site data. The quantities, totals and order reference you see are computed in your browser.
There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that request and nothing else from us.
Only the processors needed to run the shop, each under a data processing agreement and each receiving only what its task requires:
The workshop that makes the pieces receives the order contents and a reference, not your name or address. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone's marketing.
Processors are in the EEA where we can arrange it. Where one is not, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@noonandnest.com; we answer within 30 days and usually within a week. Where tax or company law requires us to keep a record, we will say so and delete it when that period ends.
You may complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland, at dataprotection.ie. We would prefer to hear from you first.
