Two people, to the kerb, for €24,00 and free from €350,00. 30 days to send anything back, and a 5-year structural guarantee after that.
Wooden parts are wrapped in paper, cornered with moulded pulp and boxed in double-wall cardboard. Steel is wrapped in paper over a film sleeve so the powder coat does not rub. There is no polystyrene in any box. Beds come in two or three boxes; the longest, the 200 cm rails, is 208 × 30 × 14 cm. Every box size is on the sizes page, with the tightest stair it has been round.
If a part arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email us. The part ships the next working day; you do not send anything back.
Pieces are made to order. Each product page gives a lead time of 3 to 14 working days, which is when it leaves the workshop in Ireland. The carrier then telephones to book a delivery day, normally within a week, and texts a two-hour window the evening before. Several pieces in one order travel together when the slowest is ready.

Room-of-choice delivery, where the crew carry the boxes to the room you name and take the packaging away, is €39,00 on any order and is chosen at checkout. Assembly is not offered; the hex key is in the box and the times on each page are honest.
Prices on the site include Irish VAT for delivery within the EU. For the United Kingdom, import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier before delivery and are not in our price; we would rather say so here than let it surprise you at the door.
Two people bring the boxes to the outside door of the building at ground level, or into the hallway if it is raining. They do not carry upstairs, into a lift or into a room unless room-of-choice was chosen. If nobody is in on the booked day, a second attempt is €29,00.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece, for any reason, provided it is in its original packaging. That is longer than the 14 days the law requires.
A piece you have assembled can come back if you take it apart again and pack it in the boxes it came in; that is one reason we use bolts. A piece that has been fixed to a wall — a shelf, a rail, the headboard, the wall desk — cannot be returned unless it is faulty, because the fixings mark the wood. Oiled or otherwise altered pieces are not accepted.
For a different size or finish, return the first piece and place a new order; it is faster than an exchange queue. If the new piece is still in production, tell us and we will hold the refund until it ships, so you are not out of pocket twice.
Anything faulty on arrival — a split rail, a cracked weld, a drawer that will not run, a bowed slat — is replaced part by part with carriage paid both ways, or refunded if you prefer. A photograph is usually enough. The care page explains what is wear rather than a fault.
After the return window closes, every piece is covered for 5 years against structural failure in ordinary domestic use: frames, joints, welds, slats, runners and brackets. The failed part is replaced and the carriage is ours. The full terms and the list of what is not covered are on the care page.
Nothing here reduces your rights under EU or Irish consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year period in which goods must conform to the contract.
